“The end of 2015 there is a new top white wine on the market under the name Remirez Blanco. The year 2014 is the second year of the new white wine. They have chosen to do this Remirez Blanco in a Burgundy type bottle, and this we can not quite understand. Although still young, the Remirez Blanco has the complexity of a fine Burgundy or Rhone wine. Fresh, complex, beautiful woven wood, minerally, elegant. The wine is barrel-fermented and 12 months brought in new French oak and then another few months bottle aging. This wine has a beautiful window drinking from 2016 to 2025. In Verema blog (leading independent wine blog about Spanish wine) the Ganuza Blanco has been voted the best white Spanish wine. In his younger years, we still recommend some time to decant the Remirez Blanco. This really enjoy !!!”
