The Rivesaltes Château Mossé is made in the village of Sainte Colombe de la Commanderie, where the Château Mossé wine estate is located. At the heart of this former fief of the Templars of the eleventh century are produced great natural sweet wines. The descendants of Georges Mossé perpetuate the wine tradition since the creation of the estate in 1884.
