Moroder Rosso Conero 2016 (Montepulciano)
- View: intense ruby red.
- Nose: fruity notes, black cherry and raspberry.
- Mouth: full mouth, fruity touches, black cherry and raspberry.
APPELLATION: Rosso Conero.
VINEYARD: vineyard located on the Adriatic coast, near Ancona.
GRAPES: 100% montepulciano.
AGEING: 18 months in oak barrels of 27 hl. 3 months in bottle.
PREPARATION: Manual harvest in mid-October, 10-12 days maceration on the skins with daily pumping. malolactic fermentation done.
WINE PAIRING: pasta with meat sauce and sauces hunting, sheepmeat, pork, Jovene cows, semi-hard cheeses, local dishes such as vincisgrassi.
TEMPERATURE: 18-20 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
