TASTING NOTES:
- Color: dark amber color with coppery highlights.
- Flavour: Elegant aromas of vanilla, caramel, spices, spicy, some botanical herbs and wood tones.
- Taste: Creamy Body, elegant, soft, sweet flavors of caramel, spices and toasted wood tones. dry finish.

COUNTRY: Trinidad and Tobago.

PRODUCTION DETAILS: The sugar cane used to make this rum are handpicked. Distillation of molasses sugar cane is done manually and in large copper stills. After this process, the rum is placed in oak barrels that used to contain bourbon over a period of 12 years. Then, rum was blended and bottled to be sold.
