Alphonse Mellot Sancerre Blanc la Demoiselle Domaine

- Nose: floral and fruity nose, white flowers and citrus.
- Mouth: lively and refreshing mouth.
VINEYARD: Terroir: calcareous soils Kimmeridgian marl called Saint Doulchard on 25ha.
GRAPES: Sauvignon Blanc.
AGEING: Aged on lees for a period of 7 to 8 months.
PREPARATION: produced according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. Sequential pressing tire, a static settling below 10 temperature about 48 hours. Tank fermentation 50% and the rest in new barrels, at temperatures between 18 and 23 °C
PAIRING: shrimp, oysters, omelette with chanterelles, braised ham with white wine, raw fish, grilled fish or goat cheese sauce.
