Château d'Yquem 375ml 2002 (Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc)

- Nose: aromas shows peach, pineapple, coconut, nutmeg and cinnamon, backed by notes of toast, caramel and vanilla of new oak.
- Taste: Exceptionally rich and unusual concentration, with the typical bitterness in the mouth
PREPARATION: Vintage is slow and painstaking. Each year the winery hires a team of about 200 expert harvesters. They pick up the phone and calling them will evolve according to the fungus. There are years that have made up 12 passes in the vineyard. The wine ferments in new barrels and raised for 42 months.
