TASTING NOTES OF Pintia 2013:

  • View: intense color and a deep layer.
  • Nose: frank and expressive nose, intense aromas of fruit and wood, a subtle wood.
  • Boca: with, especially fresh, with nerve, elegance and high path structure and very present personality.

APPELLATION: Toro.

GRAPES: 100% Tinta de Toro.

PAIRING: tenderloins, beef meat grilled with lamb, vegetable casseroles, stews as Asturian bean stew.

TEMPERATURE: 16 °C.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14.5%
