“This sparkling wine is made with the classic method of second fermentation in the bottle on the lees for at least 36 months.
The golden color is slightly loaded, bright and lively. The bouquet offers a range of fragrances ranging from bread crust with tones of vanilla, cream background of ripe apple and dried fruit.
The taste is full and round in its complexity, where there are notes of ripe fruit relaunched on a background of citrus and spices.
A fresh and lively wine, but also full and solid structure, for a final very persistent, just like his perlage.
Da bersi come aperitivo e in abbinamento totale per un pranzo importante, oppure più semplicemente per un brindisi speciale.
