Tignanello Antinori Toscana 2014 (Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon)

TASTING NOTES of Antinori Tignanello 2014:
- View: intense ruby ​red.
- Nose: blackberry fruit.
- Mouth: dense and vibrant palate, complex thanks to the support of acidity structure. long and persistent, hints of chocolate, coffee and marmalade in the aftertaste, very complex wine, stylish and sophisticated.

APPELLATION: Tuscany
VINEYARD: Tenuta Tignanello Antinori
GRAPES: 85% Sangiovese, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc 5%.

AGEING: it lasts approximately 12-14 months. It begins in 60 gallon French and Hungarian oak barrels, partly new and partly used once previously. The various lots are fermented separately variety by variety. They finish their ageing and are blended together a few months before bottling.
PREPARATION: fermentation in conical stainless steel tanks. Once the wine has lost its skins at the end of the fermentation, it undergoes the full malolactic fermentation in oak barrels to bring out the finesse and expressiveness of the aromas.

TEMPERATURE: 18-20 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
