- View: garnet red with ruby, clean, bright and high color intensity reflections.
- Nose: Elegant and intense with mineral notes and iodized, shades of chocolate, carob and spicy flavors (black pepper and snuff, a mentholated background with aromas of fine woods, all wrapped in ripe black fruit and some compote.
- Mouth: dry, balanced wine with good acidity. Prevalence of chocolaty notes and aromas of new wood, sweet velvety tannins and passage mouth with a broad and intense aftertaste.
VINEYARD: Cheste Agraria Cooperativa Vinícola
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Tempranillo.
WINE PAIRING: smoked and aromatic cheese, simple stews and roast beef.
