Les Crêtes Petite Arvine Valle d'Aosta 2018 (Arvine)

- Nose: floral notes of jasmine and peony, pleasant fruity notes of apple, plum and citrus.
- Mouth: pleasantly fresh and tasty, with a balanced flavor.
APPELLATION: Valle d'Aosta.
VINEYARD: Name: Champorrette and Bufferia, both located in the municipality of Aymavilles. Frissonière vineyard, located in the commune of Saint Christophe.
GRAPES: Petite Arvine.
AGEING: aged for 6 months on lees with continuous batonnages.
PREPARATION: Manual harvest grapes, then subjected to a soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 °C for about 12 days.
PAIRING: dishes based on seafood, poultry, meats and aged cheeses.
TEMPERATURE: 18-20 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5%
