Masi Bonacosta Valpolicella Classico 2017 (Corvina, Molinara and Rondinella)
TASTING NOTES OF Masi Bonacosta Valpolicella Classico 2017:
- View: Cherry red.
- Nose: Intense aroma with notes of cherry.
- Mouth: Silky with touches of citrus and soft tannins dominated by cherry flavor with hints of vanilla body.
VINEYARD: Masi Agricola.
GRAPES: Veronese Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
PREPARATION: Prepared in a contemporary style based on a mixture of grapes: Veronese: Meager, Rondinella and Molinara. The combination of this variety is fermented and macerated to obtain the desired flavor and body.
PAIRING: Soups, pasta and risotto.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
