TASTING NOTES OF Tommasi Valpolicella 2017:
- View: ruby red, good intensity.
- Nose: fresh and fruity, hints of cherry and strawberry.
- Boca: fragrant but balanced, characterized by good persistence.
GRAPES: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara.
AGEING: Four months in stainless steel and 2 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.
PREPARATION: fermented for seven days in stainless steel barrels.
WINE PAIRING: pasta, white meat, cured ham and beans.
TEMPERATURE: 16-18 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%
