The Vermentino di Sardegna Villa Solais comes from vineyards in 5 different areas of Sulcis. Manufactured mainly with Vermentino di Sardegna and Nuragus grapes is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fragrance and aromas. It has a bright straw yellow color with green and golden hues. The nose opens with fresh, pleasant fruity aroma reminiscent especially white peach. The taste is fresh, soft, enriched by mineral notes. Ideal served very chilled as an aperitif, it is a perfect accompaniment to delicate pasta dishes based on fish and shellfish. Also perfect with light dishes of white meat.
