12 Voltios 2017
- View: ruby, violet trim.
- Nose: ripe red and black fruit, herbaceous notes, cocoa, roasted and balsamic.
- Boca: with remarkable road, versatile, well-integrated, and syrupy sweet acidity. An elegant, long and pleasant finish.
APPELLATION: VT Mallorca.
VINEYARD: Vineyards cultivated following a rational and minimal intervention winemaking.
GRAPES: Cabernet Sauvignon, Callet, Fogoneu, Syrah and Merlot
AGEING: 9 months in oak barrels.
PREPARATION: whole grapes harvested manually. Once in the winery embodiment of maceration and fermentation in stainless steel at a temperature early in the process was kept at 20C to finally let rise to 28C. Maceration for 20 days and subsequently performing a malolactic fermentation in steel.
PAIRING: White meat sauce, roast lamb, grilled lamb, semi-hard cheeses, roasted, spicy dishes, meats, oily fish, grilled red meats.
RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 °C
