Susana Sempre Blanco 2018

- Nose: Intense aromas, with hints of ripe fruit, wild flowers, citrus and spicy flavors.
- Mouth: fresh, silky, balanced, smooth body. With tones of ripe fruit and good balance with acidity. pleasant and persistent finish.
APPELLATION: Wines of Mallorca.
GRAPES: Chardonnay, Prensal Blanc, Manto Black.
AGEING: 5 months in stainless steel casks on its lees.
PROCESSING: A destemming, followed by pressing in rubber bands is performed. one maceration of the grapes with the skins is performed, and then are fermented separately depending on the variety of grape. The fermentation process is performed at controlled temperatures of 13 to 15 °C for process 15 to 20 days. The wine is finally clarified, cold stabilized, filtered and bottled.
PAIRING: Appetizers, white meats, seafood, creamy desserts, fruit salads.
TEMPERATURE: 8-10 °C
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13.5%
