Description · Maetierra
Libalis 2018 (Macabeu, Malvasía and Moscatell)
- View: Pale yellow.
- Nose: tropical fruit like mango and papaya, peach, with subtle aromas of fennel and jasmine.
- Mouth: pleasant and caressing. An explosion of flavors of white fruits and fresh grapes.
APPELLATION: Sadacia Valleys.VINEYARD: Name: Finca Finca Zarcillo and Marjoram (Calahorra). Trellised vines, with drip irrigation and spontaneous vegetation. Area: 150 hectares.GRAPES: Moscatel, Viura and Malvasia.
PREPARATION: night and mechanized during the first week of September harvest. cold maceration for 6 hours, fermentation at 16 °C in stainless steel and 'batonage' lees for 2 months.
PAIRING: with rice, vegetables, pastas, foie gras, baked fish, grilled seafood, excellent as an aperitif, with salmon and goat cheese.RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 9-12ºC
