TASTING NOTES OF Caol Ila 2007:
- Color: Caol Ila 2007 presents a pale straw yellow color.
- Odor: Faint, fruity citric, a breath oil bath and mouthwash dentist. A fresh and appetizing nose, with little or no sign of smoke. A little water raises almond oil and, with a fresh fruitiness. A dash of olive oil, and after a potpourri, scented soap.
- Mouth: Strong, soft, light and medium. A complex balance of primary tastes.
ALCOHOL: 43% Vol.
