Matured originally in first fill distillery run bourbon barrels then transferred into specially selected Beam bourbon barrels for two years. The result is a softer, gentler floral whisky. Seductive and enticing aromas of lemon grass, Manuka honey, vanilla pod and toffee apple flaunt themselves in an elegant manner before a wave of ripe grapefruit, Cape gooseberries, freshly cut flowers and tangs of Ylang Ylang. The palate features ripe orchard fruits, Turkish Delight, moist lemon drizzle cake with banana bread taking centre stage.
