The Macallan Amber
TASTING NOTES: The Macallan Amber
- Color: Natural amber color.
- Smell: Kind, almost apologetic at the entrance, floral, with sweet citrus winning presence, commanding a chorus of vanilla on freshly harvested grain. Sultanas and cinnamon dominate over candy apple and cotton candy.
- Taste: Lemon and fresh green apple mixed with cinnamon. Notes of ginger float while the fruit takes over, with subtle but persistent oak between bastidores. Medium to light finish, fruits and cereals and slightly dry.
