VDulce de Invierno 50cl (Verdejo and Moscatel)

TASTING NOTES:

  • View: Javier Sanz VDulce de Invierno is clean, bright golden yellow. Tear intense.
  • Nose: very high aromatic intensity, is a complex wine with powerful aroma in raisins, also honey, quince and white flowers memories, especially orange, all with well integrated wood. It is sweet but not too sweet.
  • Mouth: Sweet, with a well integrated, smooth and persistent heartburn. With a retro nasal intense memories of raisins and honey. Creamy and light bitter with surprising touches with an attractive sweetness.

GRAPES: 80% Verdejo, 20% Muscat.

AGING: Step by French oak barrels which gives it complexity and longevity.

WINEMAKING: V Winter Dulce is made from bunches from: frozen grapes, late harvest grapes and dried (drying of the grapes). With this development we got 2 main points: the complexity of the various processing and a high concentration of sugar (400 g / l approx..) Prior to fermentation.

PAIRING:Sweet dessert, pastry, chocolate cakes, chocolate mousse. It is also ideal to accompany blue cheeses like Roquefort or La Peral.
